There are many people out there claiming they have to secret sauce that you are missing.
If you use their secret sauce you will hit the ball further, you will shave strokes off your game, and you will become a tour pro. I even make those types of claims. So what's wrong?
There is one big piece missing from all of that.
What is it?
It's a little thing known as consistency!
Do you want to improve your golf game? Be consistent
There is an old saying "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard". If you are consistent you will achieve your goal. People don't practice once and become a great. To beat your buddy you have to do more than they do.
This doesn't just apply to golf it is consistent across the board. Want to lose weight? Don't just do a 7 day cleanse and expect a miracle. Want to become stronger? A couple of times in the gym won't cut it. What to become more flexible, stretching once, nope didn't work.
This is why I generally don't work with anyone who isn't willing to commit to at least 3 months of training. I can't guarantee anything if we only do a few sessions together. If you work hard and put in the effort, the results will amaze you!
How bad do you want it? Consistently work towards it and I can guarantee you will achieve it, whatever your goal may be.
