Fit Camp is not what most people think of when it comes to group fitness or boot camps. Unlike like most that just put you through a random workout. The programs are structured so that there is progression in your capabilities.
We make sure that the programs are built so that you don’t burn out. We have strength classes on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We have conditioning (cardio) classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Then there is the mother of all beasts on Saturdays where we combine strength and cardio to truly push ourselves out of our comfort zones. Whatever you goal is, be there on the correct days and we will help you see them accomplished!
This may seem like it only for those who are already in shape, but that could not be further from the truth. Every workout is built to be done by people of all levels. Some people will use more weight while others will use just their own bodyweight. You have to remember everyone started in the same place but now look where they are, and where you will be!
There is a madness to the method (no I mean it that way). Even though there is structure to the program doesn’t mean you won’t work hard. You will be required to push yourself and those around you.
