Do you Hips Rotate or do you Sway?

About 37% of amateurs sway in their swing. Meaning instead of their back hip rotating they move their body laterally. This is usually caused by insufficient strength in the gluteus medius. Watch the video as Amber and I discuss swaying and some thoughts we have on how to attack it.
